What to do if I like a deal?

Please click “BUY NOW” and follow the instruction on the buying procedure, we uses paypal for all our transactions.

How long is the validation of the voucher?

The expiry date is stated on the website, please use it before it expired.

Can I Buy it for a friend?

Yes, you can! You just give them  the voucher  to present. All our vouchers are transferable but only be used once.

How do I use it when I buy the voucher?

The procedure is printed on the voucher but generally, the minute you receive it, please bring it along or have a copy of the individual code and voucher number.

When do I receive the voucher?

You will received it immediately but if you did not received after 24hours period, please contacts us.

Is Straitsdeal safe?

Absolutely! We are registered company and used world renowned payment gateway PayPal for transaction, your purchases are absolutely safe with us.

Refunds?

Please refer to our term and conditions, generally we do not do refunds but will base on a case by case basis. However, we provide a  5 days refund policy if you change your mind, but please do note that you can absolutely share it with your friends and relatives! Please email us with the voucher number for refunding.
