Standard Straits DEAL Terms & Condition

•             Non-exchangeable: You cannot use the e-Voucher in exchange for another product / cash

•             Each voucher can only be used once unless otherwise stated

•             Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions

•             Vouchers must be used before the expiry date

                Voucher must be redeem before dealine

•             Strictly no refund for expired e-Vouchers

•             Replacement or extension is not given to expired e-Vouchers

•             Purchased e-Vouchers are sent via email and can be conveniently downloaded as PDF

•             All e-Vouchers are to be printed by customers and presented at the redemption location

•             These apply on top of the standard T&C stated above (unless otherwise stated in the deal):

•             Not valid for walk-ins (prior reservation required)

•             Vouchers are to be presented at the outlet upon entry and before placement of orders

For Travel Deals

These apply on top of the standard T&C stated above (unless otherwise stated in the deal):

•             Subject to confirmation with T&C upon bookings.

•             Subject to tour, transportation and accommodation availability (first come first served basis)

•             Strictly no cancellation/amendment is allowed upon confirmation of bookings

•             All passports must have at least 6 months validity on the date of departure.

•             Prices exclude (unless otherwise stated):

1.            All visa processing services

2.            Taxes

3.            Government surcharges

4.            Fuel taxes

5.            Other surcharges
